The ECOWAS Regional Competition Authority uses a Web-based Complaint Management System to streamline and fast-track the submission and processing of complaints. Every Complaint and related request is assigned a unique ticket number that can be used to track the status and responses online. We provide complete archives and a record of all your support requests for your reference. To submit a complaint, you must have a valid email address.
